Shipping and Returns
NOTE: Due to rising shipping costs, and to prevent increasing shipping fees across the board, any costs that surpass the flat rate shipping WILL be invoiced to you separately (with a note to you and proof of shipping cost). We hate to do this, but as a small business we are regularly losing money on shipping and this helps level things out.
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders ship twice a week on Monday and Thursday from Rochester, NY. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive after they are shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do! International shipping is billed on a per-order basis, so if you’d like to show your FLWRCTYBILLS love outside of the US, reach out and we’ll make it happen.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. If you are local to Rochester, we would be happy to exchange unworn items one time for a new size within 7 days of purchase.
